• What is the return policy at Dubblin?

Depending on the product category, every item sold on Dubblin.co.in either has a 7-day return policy or a 7-day replacement policy. Furthermore, a 7-day replacement policy is in place for all products. Before making a purchase, please ensure the policy applies to the item. You can submit a return request through the website’s My Orders section for the things you want to return.

  • What terms apply to the return policy?

Every order to be placed for return must be scheduled within seven days after the delivery date, according to the 7-Day Return Policy. Furthermore, the item and its original packing must be returned untouched. Within seven days of the product’s arrival at the warehouse, refunds will be processed after receiving it.

How does the replacement policy work?

By now, you would know that Dubblin has a 7-Day Replacement Policy as per that policy goes:

  • In the odd event that you receive a damaged, defective, or the wrong item, you are entitled to a replacement within seven days of delivery. The defective or damaged item will be eligible for a refund if we are unable to repair or replace it satisfactorily. However, you would have to pay for the delivery charges while placing the return. 
  • Please keep the product in its initial state, including the undamaged brand outer box, the MRP tags still attached, the user manual, warranty cards, and the original accessories.
  • Before granting a refund or replacement, we may get in touch with you to find out about the damage or flaw in the goods.
  • Please be aware that usage-related damage will not qualify.
  • Within seven days of the product’s arrival at the warehouse, refunds will be processed after it has been received.

The following factors will not be eligible for return or replacement:

  • Damaged products due to misuse.
  • Product serial or UPC numbers that have been altered or removed
  • The manufacturer’s warranty doesn’t cover anything broken or flawed.
  • Accidental harm brought on by a product malfunction.
  • Any item that is shipped back without its original box and complete accessories.
  • Any product that is delivered back in a different state than when it was first received.
  • How long does it take to process a refund?

Once the package is returned to us, the refund procedure may take 4 to 5 business days. However, we will make sure to credit the refund payment in the same way we received it. We will offer a refund for the payment method you shared when you submitted a return request.

Damaged Products

Within seven days after receiving your order, send an email to [email protected] with your order number, name, and a picture that clearly illustrates the broken item. The item that was ordered will be replaced at our guarantee. Furthermore, any claim without a photo will not be considered genuine. Defective Items

If an item has a manufacturing defect, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of the receipt of your order, mentioning your order number and name, stating the fault, and a picture for a clear demonstration. We will get the item collected for quality assessment and replace the ordered item once we receive the defective piece/pieces/sets at our cost.
